i play fine with ISDN 128KB on 64 player servers. though this game was really designed for ADSL and above, the whole issue is currently with EA sorting out all the memory leaks and small game inbalances... great fun any how. :D

I'm playing just fine one my 192kbps connection while someone else surfs on the other PC.
 
192 is MORE than enough for any full 64 player map. 384 is MORE than enough for 2players on a full 64 player map. I have a combined 80 hours of playing to prove it...
 
Help SAIX BF2 connection

Does anyone know why when I try to connect to the SAIX servers I get a message saying that these servers only allow users with unmodified version to connect, I should revert back to the previous version of the game ?

The thing is I have a stock standard, fresh install of BF2 with the 103 Patch.

Any help, anyone ?
 
Sorry, I meant the 1.02 Patch.
I have tried re-installing twice and I get the same message.
I am able to get into 196.4.79.28, but usually I am the only one there.
 
Could I still play BF2 demo on SAIX? I tried the other day and it wasnt workin
 
hmmm, had an interesting game on Sunday (2005-07-31). joined one of the 32 player servers and found uncle doob there. as well as rsd. just had to join their squad. damn cool, and the doob is obivously leet! i unfortunately had to quit cause someone started downloading like mad on the LAN. got so pissed i had to burn some meat (was good though).

now, would it be too much to ask if everybody here could state their soldier names here and maybe mention how often they play? i find it so cool playing with famous people (myadsl members) and would LOVE to do so again. even if we suck.

Every night till late.
Weekends I only play certain times, as im out with the gf...
But i try to be on a server every free moment... ;)

Your complaining about your g/f? She's the one that we saw at Rage right? :eek: If she is, then you better stop complaining and pay more attention to her. If I had a HOT g/f like her I wouldn't complain. :p
