It should be freezoned, wa on wage.

Dude, check out Pada's Traffic Splitter, to split local and international (or even route sentry, but thats old) The servers are local but I reckon you need int to authenticate.

You'll need international bandwith to connect to Origin and Battlelog.

Worth a shot, but some games freak out if its coming from 2 different IPs.
