No doobyscoo tell me whether my hardware will play the game on ultra graphics.
I have a Pentium 2 - 500Mhz, 128 MB Ram and a 32MB TNT 2. I hear these TNT's are awesome so I am hoping to go ultra high graphics.

hahaha pretty much... You just need to OC it to death. But seriously, If you have a POS PC rather get MW3.. its a better game anyway :p
 
Ha, well it looks like there is no way that I am going to be able to enjoy 1920x1080, 1280x720 here I come (if I can play at that resolution)

if you can put in 1gig of memory with 2 TNT's and you have a quick-boost memory stick that you created in windows 7, then you will be able to run the game with ultra graphics and you can brag about it
 
I'm probably gonna have to play on Medium settings when running in Eyefinity mode :(

Damn this game...Damn it to hell. Its making me seriously contemplate upgrading. I hate you already BF3!
 
upgrade my pc on friday so I should be able to run BF3 at medium at least...
now running:
MSI P67A-GD65 (upgraded)
2500k @ 3.3GHz (will get cooler at rAge and oc to 4.5Ghz) (upgraded)
8GB Vengeance DDR3 1600 (upgraded)
Acbel 660w PSU
Force 3D 5870 1GB (looking for another 5870 1GB so i can run crossfire)
LG 23" LCD 1920x1080
 
I have the same CPU.
It's had a good run but is starting to show it's age on a few CPU intensive games.

My Q6600 is running at 3.0GHz (over 4 years now), with 6GB ram
Had a 8800GTS 320MB, then 8800Ultra and now GTX260 SP216.
I'm looking at a GTX 560 Ti or GTX 570.
I fear the GTX 570 may get CPU limited.

Just ran the game now, ran fine on high and I have a gtx460 :-) but I am getting a 570 just in case.
 
I am hoping on running it on High @ 1680x1050.

AMD 965, 4GB DDR3, HD6950.

Just got the GFX card for BF3.
