Battlefield V High Latency (Cool Ideas)

Hi, since last week our Battlefield V pings are +- 250ms on local servers, PS4 & PC.
Cool Ideas 200/200 connection (reported it to them, they did an IP reset on their side, nothing changed however)
Anyone else experiencing the same? What will cause this high ping, and what can one do? Thanks!

Did you ever resolve this issue? I'm having the same also with Cool Ideas exact same package.

I have a 50/50 connection with Cool Ideas and haven't seen anything on my side. Latency is fairly stable in the 2-3 ms region.

I've had it since Tuesday. Not getting much help from support.
