BB 9000 / Bold - OS5 - Satnav back button issue:

Since upgrading to OS 5 the back button in Satnav (Telmap) doesn't work.

I've found a few references to this issue on other forums but no fix.

Anyone else have the issue?
Anyone else been able to fix and if so how?

I'd say yes. Much nicer interface but apart from that not much else new.
 
I had it too. Never did fix it; I upgraded to a 9700, which does work perfectly with the Vodafone Sat Nav.
 
Doesn't that mean that there IS an OS5 compatible Vodafone Satnav program available? According to the British forum referred to above, VF Satnav was never compatible with OS5.
Very strange this problem and frustrating too!! :(
I've actually had to stop while driving on more than one occasion to do a battery pull, just to start up the satnav software again and continue.
Has anyone bothered to contact Vodacom for an explanation? I'm not gonna bother, they never much help with issues like this.
Prolly tell me to go back to OS4.6!! No way......

Ok scrap my previous post. There's a new version of SATNAV available that fixed the problem. I'm downloading now.....
 
Issue solved. Point your BB browser to this link and install new version of Satnav: vdc.navigator.telmap.com/vdc
