It means that Vodacom have released the phone. Not sure if the stock has landed yet.

Anytime 200 - Free (Monthly rate of R296 inc. BIS)

My first BB, but I actually got it because I'm still happy with my current phone and if it is a crap phone, atleast you know you'll be able to sell it.
