BB 9530 on cell c nothing works HELP

i just bought a 9530 and i am on Cell c.

the bis worked of one hour and then nothing. currently it only works smsing and calling not even the *..# services work. cell c said to me that they dont support the phone. i tried wiping it and reloading the software down to error 507 but nothing. the apn settings are in and correct. set netwok to manual cellc 3gh 2G&3G. and if cellc doesnt support it and it wont work what networks do?

it is unlocked i also have not browser icons and app world but i says they are installed

can anyone on help please

I'm having the same problem only thing is my BIS never worked and the edge is still in small letters even after paying for BIS.I also can't seem to get service books for the browser.

i got a reply from cell c they said they were gonna call me because they didnt know this problem existed... Got one call no ref no nothing missed the call now, all i have is a voice mail sating pls call sipho at cell c wtf am i supposed to do with that.

had a few issues
cellc told one of my friends who had the 9630 tour
it wont work properly because the tour 9630 never launch in sa
bb will work fine with the bbs launched here

I've been workin with Verizon phones for a while in South Africa and found quite a few solutions. You can get most if not all the things working, such as bbm, BIS etc. Have been through so many 9530's and now got a 9630. All workin perfect. Email me at [email protected] for any questions.
