BB BIS and Microsoft Exchange Server

Hi. I got myelf a new BB Bold as part of an upgrade and the BIS has been activated yesterday. I've set up my corporate Outlook e-mail (MS Exchange) and it's working great. I Just cannot find a way to get my corporate Outlook diary sync'd. In my BB calender the corporate Outlook diary is listed as on of the calenders but I cannot get my appointments sync'd (diary remains empty). Anybody know how to get this sorted?

That's a limitation on the BIS service to get it working your company needs a BES service.

I think there is a work around with gmail.

Okay, it seems to be working for new appointment accepted through my mailbox on the device itself. I still need a solution to sync existing appointments already in my corporate Outlook diary.
