So I'm looking at the IC pamphlet that arrived at some point during the week, and on the back page there are some Black Berry phones listed.
Now, the bit I'm wondering about is the follow:
All of the handsets apparently come with Talk 500 contracts as well as the blackberry service. The Cure 8310 is only R185pm though, which is obviously VERY cheap, in fact, too good to be true. So, should this be a mistake, what are my rights as a consumer regarding this? If I got to IC now, can I demand this device at the listed rate including services?
Just to clarify: Talk 500 includes 500 anytime minutes a month. There's a R349.95 pay in required, but that's hardly money compared to the massive savings.

Edit - having looked at the pamphlet again, only the curve is priced at R185pm, the rest are all R899. So, my question still stands, do I have a legal right to get this handset at this price?

I seriously doubt it. Look at the fine print, it usually says Errors and Exceptions Omitted or something similar which absolves them of responsibility.
Sounds like a mistake because a talk 500 is usually so much more expensive but no harm in trying.

R185 is the normal subscribtion on the Business contract without any free minutes, so it could be refering to that.

I say go for it. make them sweat. any time you can make Incredible Erection suffer, you should go for it.
