BB Desktop Manager 64-Bit

Sorry for the noob question but I have tried 3 different download locations already.

I am looking for 64-Bit Desktop Software. Every time I download an .exe file, I try to install it and I get a message that says "This file is not a valid Win32 system file" or something like that? Can anyone tell me where they obtained their desktop software from?

I have 64 bit and it's running on mine.

Don't even recall an option to get one or the other.

I am running Windows 7 64bit and I am using the standard BB Desktop software that comes with the phone. The updates on the website also works 5.0 & 6.0.

I am trying to install V6 which weighs in at about 100MB.....

I wonder what the issue is then? I will try installing the CD I got with my phone (V5) and then I will just try update it. On XP the download works & installs perfectly.

I've had version 5 on my PC and it updated a while ago to version 6 with not problems. Running Win7 64bit.

My CD actually had V4.7 on it. I installed the CD and then proceeded to update without any issues. There must have been something wrong with those downloads....
