BB eats airtime

I need some help please. My mom’s BlackBerry 8520 eats her airtime for no reason. I had a look on the VC site and all I see is:

I have no idea what this can be. I took of everything except whatsapp and BB messenger. She gets BIS prepaid every month. Please help me

Go to settings-advanced-TCP/IP

Are APN settings enabled?

No, nothing is ticked there. I use an android phone so this BB is Greek to me

Does she sometimes use the Vodafone live portal? That's not included in BIS afaik.

Nothing, she showed me today. she loaded a R55 and just left it on the table, the above was the result, i have no idea

Put her 3G off to 2G as this saves battery a lot and chows your airtime less.

Maybe try reloading the phone if you can? Perhaps some crappy background app is hogging the data?

We only get EDGE GPRS here. I was also thinking to reload the phone. I just cant think of an app that eats the airtime, there is just watsapp and BBM on it. I logged a fault with VC, if they cant fix i will reload it. Tx
