Hello. About 6 months ago my fiance put her BB simcard (MTN) in my BB (Vodacom). Ever since my email isn't working. I've tried almost about everything. I've phoned them, I visited my service provider and they entered my password telephonically, but it all helped nothing.
When visiting m.blackberry.com and trying to type my password through that service, it says my password is incorrect. Yes, I'm typing in the correct password. Nonetheless, when I use the password recovery tool it says that the password has been sent to my BB, which I haven't received
When I type my details in my Email Account Management on my phone, it says my username must be longer than 4 characters, even though I typed my full email address which is of adequate length.
I have reinstalled the Email Account Management software, didn't help. I have updated my OS, didn't help.
Is there anything else I could possibly do besides buying a Samsung Galaxy?
P.S. When I go to Service Status on my phone, it says my phone number is an unknown number. Could this have some implications?
