We wanted to provide an update on shipping for your BlackBerry 10 Limited Edition device as we have received questions regarding shipping times.
· Shipping has started in Canada, the US and Latin America
· Shipping to Europe, the Middle East and Africa will begin early next week
· We plan to start shipping to the Asia-Pacific region in the next two weeks
To help answer some of the questions we have been receiving here is a quick FAQ.
1. When will my BlackBerry 10 Limited Edition device be shipped?
o This is based on region; and whether or not our warehouse has received and validated your Dev Alpha device.
2. How will I know the warehouse received my Dev Alpha device?
o You will receive an email with confirmation that the device has been received.
3. How will I know when my Limited Edition device is shipped out?
o You will receive an email with the tracking details for your shipment. If you have not yet received this email, this means your device is not yet ready to ship.
We know you are excited to receive your new Limited Edition BlackBerry 10 device and we are just as excited to be sending you one. Thank you for your patience as we send these out globally.
