Hi.
BB9300 - Can't sync Media files via BB Desktop software.
I use the the usb cable to connect to the Desktop via BB Desktop software V6.0.
I can sync the Organizer, but none of the Media files. I get an "unexpected error occurred"
This is under XP and Win7.
I have loaded the usb & and modem driver from the BB site.
Mass Storage is on as well.
I also cannot send files via bluetooth. Pairing has been done and several services are activated, but it does not seem "File Transfer" is in the list? Is this normal?
Edit: Figured the BT file transfer out.
Help would be appreciated
