My university's just informed me they've changed my degree from a BA to BBA. It's too late to worry now but I was just wondering what the general consensus on it is?

thanks

What's the diffrence between a pizza and a BA?

A pizza can feed a family....

Well the general consensus regarding a BA is that in a modern business and trading environment it doesn't equip you with enough technical knowledge.

Google reckons BBA is...Big Brother Africa.

Well on the plus side its no longer called a BA.

If you picked your subjects wisely then you should be able to get a job. If not then you might need a large dose of luck.

I assume you are with UNISA

The bachelor of business administration is sort of a mosh of a BCom and a BA
If you are reading for purely business marketable skills its no problem but I do believe it is a far less dynamic if you have any aspirations for postgraduate studies
