BBM fail

Hi,

My wife got a bold on Vodacom. Her BBM does not rx or send.

What can be wrong.

She restarted it already.

Other people in the same area on Vodacom BBM does work.

She need to register on the BBM network. If she's got signal and can receive calls, then it's working. If not, there's an issue with the phone. Tell her to login and create her account, if the rest is working.
 
Tell her to go to Host Routing Table and "register" on each item.

Then remove and replace battery.

If EDGE is capital letters or 3G has a BB logo then you know you ok.
If it is activated then try going to App World and get the latest version of bbm.
