BBM problems

Sup,

Sorry if this is in the wrong forum but its a problem that should be resolved

Is it just me or is BBM not working on Android devices?

No incoming or outgoing messages are being processed

Some users on normal blackberry devices also experience this. Where no updates can be made either

No problems with whatsApp however which means its not internet settings

Any input are welcome

Its definitely happening to people as sometimes I get messages from people 6 hrs after being sent. I wonder if it is a network issue. OP - which network are you?
 
Sometimes it's a power saving mode on the phone. My wife had bbm issues with her iPhone, went to android and no problems with bbm
 
The person I have seen with issues is on an s4

Cell C..planning on changing as net signals are just getting worse
 
I know 2 people on cell c and for both my bbms can take 6 hours to deliver? Does this point to a network issue... Let's see what others say.
 
Actually just checked and my message hasnt delivered for 24 hours
 
I also had the problem, when I still used it on my previous phone (s3), I sometimes only received the message the next day. I upgraded recently and realised I only used it for two people (one of who is now an ex) so I did not bother getting it again.

Hope you get it sorted OP.
