The Storm is running OS 4.7.0.141 & I set it to 3G mode with "internet" APN.
Connected & opened up IE , disabled any proxies for Lan or Dialup and ran a speedtest.
Pretty good , as SoTrue mentioned a nice at leat 90% to 95% ability of a normal 3G/HSDPA card
