Healthy they say...

Overweight on the old, normal under new.

Realistically probably 8k over...so should be 80 instead of 88.

I'm about a kilo shy of being "overweight" according to by BMI, but if lost any weight I'd start looking skeletal. So I'll take it with a pinch of salt...

Some bloody racing snakes in here...

I'm 26.3 under standard and 25.1 under the new one. Which is about right, need to lose some weight.

Who cares. BMI is the most ridiculous measurement system for health ever invented. 95% of any international rugby team is obese according to this.

I know I'm obese, but BMI isn't necessary to tell me this.

Just for fun, I did a BMI calculation on that site with my weight/height combo for when I was 18 and had 8.4% body fat, and it still says I'm overweight.

29.63

I was thinking it would be worse because BMI is the worst thing ever.

there was a women who worked with me, absolutely skeletal she was quite short and weighed 44kg, she could not donate blood, but based on her height and weight her BMI came back as 29.
so this tiny creature that would get lost in a shower was told she is fat by a 130kg nurse from discovery.

honestly allowing a scale like this to exist is the trouble with our media fed society.

Bwahahaha!

Everybody knows that BMI is useless, but mine is 23.99 in any case.

EDIT: Incidentally, the website says that normal weight range for my height (1.86m) is 64kg to 86kg. Can you imagine a 1.86m man weighing 64kg? Flip he would be rushed to hospital!

BMI = 22.13 kg/m2 (Normal)

need to drop 6 more kgs. I'm struggling. meh. sugar addict.

Haha. 33.14kg/m2 - Obese Class I. Sure...Obese at 14% bodyfat and 103kg.

What a useless measurement standard.

I know I'm obese, but BMI isn't necessary to tell me this.

Would you still knock the system if you had a 6 pack?

I'm guessing no.

BMI is a rough guide but when you're fat you know you're fat. Don't need fancy calculations.
