Apparently the exchange is near the circle by spargs
Not sure how accurate that assumption is though!

The exchange is directly behind spargs, its huge so you cant miss it.

My international is so broken that I cant actually use it for anything worthwhile.
Its driving me nuts.
Tried a telkom, WA, afrihost and mweb account (all capped) and its the same for all of them.

Tried updating the GW2 client for 3 days now. It's pacing between 50kb & 0kb most of the time.

My international speeds were perfect last night (have not had the speed issues all week), if all your accounts are affected I would pm TelkomZa and ask him to get your line tested.

Have you tried restarting your ADSL modem? I have a TP-Link TD-8817 that gets a bit flaky at times after heavy downloading and find I need to restart it about every 2nd day.
