Beard

Isn't there a link between exercise, testosterone, and hair growth? Not sure if that's a myth or not, but maybe look into it.

Also, I think one of the vitamin B's (the one in brewers yeast comes to mind) helps with hair and nail growth.

Let me teach you noobs..

Firstly you need to up protein, so it helps if you can klap the gym to create more of an appetite.I like to drink 2 large raw eggs with milk every morning.Hair needs protein to grow.
Dont use shampoo on your beard, its too strong for beard hair, unlike head hair which can withstand the shampoo. Use a mild soap and rinse well.

Dont touch your beard for the first 4 months. You might look homeless but you need it to grow out in order to find the best style to suit your face.

My longest beard hair is about 7-8cm, about 5 months growth already.

He used to flaunt his beard... And sin that Rick Ross is a boss... etc etc... Starting a wave of young rappers and singers alike to make beard popular among the youth and so forth.

There's even a market for the fake beard spec, much like how some women rock their hair extensions and weaves.....

There's also a link between testosterone and baldness - probably not a good idea.

How's this for a beard :)

Hi Guys ! I am 24 and i don't want to have to shave every %$#@^&* morning ! any advice ?

Same. Except the 24 part. I be 41 tomorrow and I'm so done with shaving. Of course I shave my legs as well which adds to the tedium.

I've had it all. Long beard, full beard, goaty, long side burns - and clean shaven for many years.

I currently have a goaty with some stubble since it's Movember. Not that it is really relevant so much.

But yes, shaving is ****ing tiresome.
