The title is enuff... My body looks like the work of a drunken pizza chef I have so many rashes it actually looks really gross.

I've heard you should put your mattress and stuff into a plastic bag outside. Apparently it boils them to bits.

Anyone else got any easier suggestions? I hope this is the right subforum...

buy or hire a steamer - heat will kill em, but depends how badly 'infected' your mattress is. If its reallly bad. better of dumping it.

Google for DIY bedbug trap - relatively easy to setup with baking yeast, water and plastic bottles.

I took it out the other day and left it in the sun for about 7 hours. Then I vacuumed it extremely thoroughly TWICE

Thanks for the advice, I'm probably gonna have to get a new one though. The vacuuming worked in the past but now no joy...

Buy some oderless doom, spray on mattress then leave it in the sun for a while.

diatomaceous earth.

Get food grade and sprinkle generously.

It will cut the little Fskers to bits as it's microscopic fossil razor shards. Depending on infestation, repeated apps may be necessary.
To humans it feels like talcum powder but avoid inhaling the stuff.

Works like a charm for dog fleas too.
