Been asked to save Cell C settings on Virgin post pay contract?

I have been with Virgin for about 3 years I received an sms saying you will receive your Cell C settings, a few seconds later a second sms arrived from "Service Provider" saying to save the settings. In the second sms there are a number of settings but no mention of Virgin just Cell C. Can this be correct?

Virgin uses CellC infrastructure- so it could be but it does look un professional

Happening with a relative of mine, I think a mix up on their database. Quite a stuff up I must say.
