Been getting 63kB/s for an hour now

I'm on a 384 line with an IS account and the speeds I've been getting is ranging from 60-65kB/s for the last hour or so.

Wonder what telkom is doing.

i'm also surprised at my speed considering the recent complaints about outages. it's running at full line speed after i reached my cap - i'm now 3 gigs over the limit and it's still going strong

Its only South Africa thats so far being that there is such a thing as a limit every now and again
