Been getting strange calls all day long

The whole day I've been getting some weird calls from a Durban number. I answer the call, but there is no one there and the call remains active until I cancel it.

Few minutes ago, I get the same thing (this time from a 087 number) but I held on for 5mins, suddenly someone answers.

"Hi, I'm so and so from Vodacom and I'm calling you to say thank you for being a valued customer". He then proceeds to tell me which contract I'm on and which data package I have, etc etc.

Then repeats "Vodacom would like to thank you for being a valued customer" and puts the phone down.

Have also had this.

The numbers are +27318307999, +27310000101, +27310012949, +27873104296,+27873113906 and +27873104296.

Anyone know of a good Android App that will allow me to block all +2731 and +2787 numbers ?

My girl friend gets a call from "Steve hofmeyr" as the ID and when she answers its a voice recording of him talking about Afriforum, and what they have done for him and what they can do for you!:wtf:
