Been in an accident? - Any lessons learnt?

Culpable homicide charge against yourself?
What was it like afterwards? When that taxi genius hit me, i was so scared i killed somebody! Id never be able to sleep afterwards.....

Luckily nobody killed by my driving! Even by his fault.....

No charges no. There were plenty of eye witnesses who said he was at fault so I signed some form right there and then which stated to the effect that it was an accidental death, finish n klaar.

It did bother me for several days after that knowing I killed some kid, he was only 19. It didn't feel good.

I also kept having flash backs of the impact for weeks after that. I can still hear the sound, it was as loud as a gunshot. Lesson learned? I'm so mindful of pedestrians now because they do stupid things sometimes.

Yup very. I don't know, the last I saw or heard of the incident was when I left the scene. I was expecting some feedback but it never came.
