Beginner Studio Lighting

Hey Guys,

I am starting to play around with studio lighting, currently I am using Speedlights but I want to start using studio lighting,
has any body have any experience with these:

Or if anyone has any suggestions that would be great.

I bought the Godox 3x 300w kit a while back. I don't get to use it as often as I would like but it was still worth it. That third light gives you a lot more options.
