It depends what you want to use it for, but if you are wanting to record with it, 16 bit is pretty dubious quality wise.

As a sound card it works just fine, I have on sitting one my shelf in fact (not strictly true, I have the one with a phono input, but it's virtually identical).

Was looking at it as a cheap sound card to use with a Pi as a squeezebox.

Never been a very big Behringer fan, stuff is usually not great quality although there are exceptions.

I've got a semi decent NAD PP 3i for that
