The would be due to the masses flocking from a horrible game to a moderately less horrible game. Ghosts almost killed the local community - I think AW will give it the final blow. Rewarmed crap served with a dash of matchmaking is nobody's idea of having fun. Black Ops 1 is still fun though!

You can mute the guy in MOBAs as well, at least in League of Legends...

It's just very sad. Back in the BF2 and even the BFBC2 days people were generally a lot more mature. Then BF3 hit and things got worse until we got to BF4, where now it's almost impossible to go a match without being accused of hacks or being told that someone slept with your mother.

I want the old community back.

It's prevalent in all games really.
I got accused of hacking & camping in CS:GO last night because I was owning someone.
Every shot was just perfect, come around corners and flik kill guys without even looking by just anticipating the corner.

I just laughed when I was accused of hacking.
Some guys suck but can't understand why everyone is better.
This guy comes running into an area literally holding the trigger down and spray bullets so randomly, I wait for him to stop and one shot him with a p250 in the head, must be hacking.
