I have no idea how to spell this type of parasite or what other name it's known by

My Nephew in-law picked this up while swimming in stale water. I'm trying to read up on it more but can't find anything on line

Help will be greatly appreciated.

She has been to a doctor already since she started bleeding via her urinal tract. Was just wanting to read up on it a bit more.

No, Nephew/s is your sister's kid/s (Male or female)

I said Nephew in law since it's my sister in-law's kid.

(I stand to be corrected though) Dono if there is a male/female version of nephew

I get confused when I read Chronic illness (ongoing) it does however say she will be cured in about 3 months. Meaning she will be clean then?

I think you confused it with "cousin" which refers to male and female.

Cousin = Uncle's children (Niggie/Nefie in Afrikaans)
Nephew = Sister's son
Niece = Sister's daughter

Cousin = Aunt's or Uncle's child (niggle or neef - I see it can also be referred to as oomskind although I have never heard that irl)
Nephew = sister's or brother's son (neef).
Niece = sister's or brother's daughter (niggle).
