BELKIN N150 WIRELESS ROUTER

Hi, I have a Belkin N150 Wireless Router that needs to be factory reset. I have tried belkin overseas but with no luck. Can anyone perhaps tell me how I can have it reset to factory settings in South Africa. I have reset the router with no luck.

There is usually a reset button at the back of the router, sometimes you need a paper clip to press it. Hold it in for 10 seconds or until it reboots.

EDIT: There is indeed a reset button on that router and it's kind of hard to miss, have you tried this?
