Bellville North Exchange Issues

Hi,

Is anyone else on the Bellville North exchange experiencing slow speeds?

Throughput on my side is about 20% of what it was last week. This after weeks of battling with Telkom to get the exchanged fixed up after the last fault. Proper speeds lasted 2 weeks.

I'm connected to that exchange and my speeds are perfect.

I think it might not be the exchange at fault but rather your ISP ADSL account.
