Benmore Centre and 11th Street

For anyone - incl. @Kornhub ! - who frequents the Benmore Centre, any idea why this is such a sad centre? Tenant turnover is high. Could be bad market research, ridiculous rentals, or who knows what.

Also, do any of you know what is coming on the top floor/rooftop area of the mall along 11th Street? They are really putting in a good effort to spruce it up and it looks like a brand new build.

My man... that place was a KUK area even back in the day when I worked that area in the Telkom bakkie.

Bru, I only go to like the barber and pick n pay in that place Probably one of the worst pick n pays.... but yeah I believe its the high rentals
