Bergvliet ADSL Proplems

Line speed is almost never achieved. Weekday nights the line speed halves at best. Friday nights are a write off entirely. I've had to do a port reset every single week, for as long as I can remember. I call Afrihost / Telkom pretty much every week.

I have the same experience in this area, with a different ISP (Axxess). Have Afrihost suggested a course of action?
