Hello all,

I have a BB Curve 8520 on Vodacom running OS v5.0.0.681. It's completely up to date. Everything has been working perfectly for me with no issues at all. I have my gmail account setup, and also managed to easily remove my gmail messages from my normal message stream.

Today, I had to activate my corporate BES to have access to my corporate mail account (Lotus Domino). This was all fine and the activation took about an hour to download and setup itself. However, that's where my woes started:

1. I now have a mail icon on my homescreen that replaced my previous mail icon (It's the same icon but has a small briefcase in front of it - subsequently it's called "Desktop"). Only my corporate emails are reflected in here (which is perfect) however I no longer have the conversation view I had before with gmail. They (sent and received messages) all reflect as individual messages which is dof. How do I fix that.

2. I want to get my gmail stream back, but cannot find a way to do this. When I go to the email setup wizard the only option I have is the BES option which of course won't work.

3. When I got into the service book (settings > advanced > service book) I see that my facebook calendar (Facebook [CICAL]), gmail (both CICAL and CMIME which I believe is calendar and mail?) and BBFS2 [YHO] are showing as Disallowed and the option to allow them is greyed out. Despite all this, I still get FB updates on the FB app and likewise my gmail messages are appearing under my message stream. How do I get my own gmail message stream back?

4. Under my main message screen all my gmail messages are showing, despite unchecking it from messages > Options > inbox settings, why is this? How do I fix it?

5. Again my gmail messages in the main message stream are showing as individual items and not conversations as before.

6. I no longer have a sync between my gmail (online) and my phone. If I read a gmail on my BB then it still shows unread on my PC's mail client. What can I do?

I've googled my nut off and haven't really found anything useful. I am really hoping that some of the experts here can point me in the right direction on any of the above please!

Thanks alot gents...

P.S. Awesome win by the bokke! 12 tries!

Oh and additionally....

7. I cannot reply to gmail emails, they simply save as draft only and that's it. The drafts also do not show up on my gmail account on the interwebs

Dam, none of that helped at all really. Essentially there may be some corporate settings blocking things but then again I am still receiving emails on my gmail account....

The list of BIS network partners only gives a link to the downloads page for vodacom and does not allow me to resend the service books.
