BES issues connecting to SRP

Anyone else having issues with BES? Our BES link is down, and it looks like we're not connecting to the Blackberry infrastructure. I test the network connection, and get successful to srp.za.blackberry.net on 193.109.81.33 but not on 93.186.25.33.

BES shows SRP: disconnected. Rebooted server several times, have logged call with Vodacom.

Seems to have fixed itself this morning. *sigh* No feedback from Vodacom, of course.

I just dealt with the 082155 call centre. Thanks, I'll keep you in mind for when we have issues again.
