Best 43" UHT TV for PC Gaming

What 43" UHD TV would work well as a PC Gaming monitor? I am struggling to find the TV model numbers mentioned on the rating websites. We seem to have different models in SA.

It must have: 4x4x4 chroma, low input lag and decent refresh rate. It is not for competitive First person shooter gaming, just general gaming needs.

Budget around 7k

How is the performance of the TV while gaming?

I was using a 24" samsung 1080p before this. I cant feel any noticable difference in exp regarding mouse movement on the screen. I do think its a bit big for everyday desktop use. But i only really game on it. And for that its breathtaking
