Best ADSL proxy service

Hey All,

Can anyone recommend a decent adsl proxy service? My cap is usually maxed out by mid-month and I need access for browsing and the occasional download during the month. I've heard of NukeCap, are there any others? Has anyone had good / bad experiences?
