Best AGP GPU you can get ?

What is the best AGP card that you can get at the moment and at what price?
My Pc died so i have to use my old pentium 4 , 2gb ddr 400 ram pc for gaming but its radeon 9200 is simply not coping in wow with even the lowest settings.
Planning on building a whole new gaming pc as i get money.

My bro has the same setup as you, he used a HD3850 and it made no difference so he reverted back to a 7950GT AGP due to the CPU, even after I OCed it to 3.4ghz.

The 3850 is slightly faster than the hd4650...though the 4650 uses much less power and is probably not available in SA yet.

And the 3850 is about double the performance of the 7950GT
