BEST ALL IN ONE PRINTER?

Hi guys,can anyone recommend a decent all in one printer?I have an Epson cx4300 which is giving me endless problems at the moment.

I don't print everyday,maybe once a week.Looking for something that prints fast,has affordable replacement cartridges,and doesn't 'eat' up ink like my current printer.Any suggestions of brands,models,etc?

Also,what is the difference between laser and ink printers,and which is better?

I prefer the HP all-in-ones, but look at the Canon range. Specifically where you have 4/5 separate ink cartridges as you don't print too much. Then if you have cartridge issues you only need to replace the faulty/dried one i.s.o. a very expensive single colour or black cartridge as in the HP range.

Budget, budget, budget.

HP Photosmart Plus is nice at R1450. Cheapest HP all-in-one with separate inks like the Canons.

HP Photosmart C7283 - It's the perfect all in one, it even has Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, if you buy a dongle for it.

i recently bought an hp f4583. it prints, scans and copies. can connect wirelessly to your router. think it was about a grand.

haven't had to replace the cartridges yet.

Aim high in life is what I say , but it would have helped if we got a budget...

Thanks,I'll check out the models mentioned.I suppose a grand is what I should look at spending in order to get a decent one.
