Best Android between R400-600

I'm looking to get a "backup" phone between R400-600. I have seen a few options but not really sure which one to go for.

It should have a stock-ish interface, reasonable up to date Android version and a rear flash if possible.

What would you recommend?

With phones in that pricerange generally having around 1MP cameras, I'm not sure that a flash is likely or even going to be helpful.
