best Android deal (CellC)? ...with freebies, preferably

Ok, so it's time for an upgrade on my father's CellC contract.
Thing is, he's happy with the BB that he's got, so my wife gets to keep the new phone.
I already have a Galaxy S2 myself and I'm loving it. The wife wants something similar, without the price tag.
So... What's the best deal for an Android that you've come across (CellC)?
I'd love one of those deals with a freebie. Best one I've seen so far is Makro... R99pm for the Galaxy Ace (on Casual Chat) with a R700 voucher... Anyone seen a better deal?
I'd actually love it if they offered the same deal but on Control Chat... I'd grab that.

Cell C has the Motorola Defy MB525 for R139/month on Casual Chat 100, if I remember correctly. It's quite a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Ace with a higher resolution screen (480x854) and more RAM (512Mb). It's also water resistant. Compare here.

MTN has the same phone on contract for R89/month, which is a brilliant deal.

For your father to keep his BIS your wife would need to take a BB. I've not seen any SP add BIS to any contracts than BB contracts.....

No BIS on the contract... He just likes the phone cos the battery life is good .
