Best budget computer screen

My eyes are burning from a screen that's too old.

What's the best budget computer screen out there that's easy on the eyes? I was thinking of a wide screen but they're crazy expensive.
(I'm thinking of a min. of 21")

Depends on what is "crazy expensive" to you.

Didn't know eyes could get tired from monitors these days.
Back in my day we got tired on these CRT monitors, pretty much like a Plasma screen a few years ago.
But I do miss the crispness of a CRT so much, monitors today just cannot get it right no matter how hard they try
