Best/Cheapest 32" HDTV?

I'm looking for a decent LCD TV. No bigger and no smaller than 32". I'm tired of playing PS3 on a tiny 23" monitor, besides that... my TV needs replacing.
Any recommendations? I saw Game had a special for a Samsung 32" HDTV for R3000; sadly I missed it.

Hifi's in house brand, poor quality panels. Put it next to Samsung/LG/Sony and see for yourself.

Isn't the LA32D550 on special any more? Or is it too pricey?

Never saw that special or the price.

EDIT: if it's the one at game you're referring to, it's over now. Was going for 3k.

Was going for R3,999 and to my knowledge ends in Sept.

If spending less, go with Hisense.

I have a ByD:Sign 32' in my one bedroom.
Got it about 2 years ago and had no problems thus far.
I see it's on special at HiFi Corp for R1999 - not a bad price imo

Yup sure is an awesome price. I'm not that crazed about picture quality, sure it must be decent enough. Just something that's solid.

Second the Samsung LA32D550. The Game/Wallmart special is a long term special, think it's still running till mid September. Bought it for R3599. Great for PS3 games and it's a 1080P TV, so it can double as a PC monitor. which I'm using it for as well. Great TV/monitor.
