best (cheapest) line available from telkom?

Hey guys i need to get a phone line installed for adsl, but i don't need it for phone calls on quite a tight budget. All i need is the telkom 384kbps adsl line and will use my own isp. So just wondering if you guys and gals know of a package that can suit me.

I checked the telkom website not very clear on it. So if you know better please enrich me with your info

You do need the phone line even if you never use it. Welcome to South Africa

384Kbps is the worst cheapest line, regardless ISP.

for now you have to pay the voice line rental as well as the ADSL rental, even if you'll never use it. almost every nation on earth that had a telecoms monopoly operated in the same manner until their local loop unbundled.
