Best/Cheapest VPN with SA Servers?

I'm looking for a VPN with decent SA servers, preferably not too expensive and with decent speeds/latency . Perhaps one with an option for buying data bundles rather than subscription, ie 10GB then use as needed. I'm not sure if that kind of thing is even available with VPN's, I don't need lots of bandwidth and don't need to use it all the time.

No idea, why don't you test it?

If you don't need a local server there's Windscribe that gives you 10GB/month.
