"Best Contract" calculator

Does anyone know of a facility or calculator that can determine the best voice contract based on current cellphone use?

My SO must upgrade her contract, but I am not sure that her current contract is the best option, or that prepaid is not a better option.

What I want to do is enter the last few months' call records and the calculator must determine which is the best contract option, based on that use. I know that cellphone use is determined by your contract, but that can be "managed".

186.60 minute average minute usage per month worked out over the latest invoiced 3 months.
1017.66 SMS's average per month over the the last invoiced 3 months.

SUGESTED RETARRIF:

TALK 130 @ R315.00 PER MONTH
OR
TALK 200 @ R430.00 PER MONTH

SMS BUNDLE 500 @ R112.50 PER MONTH
OR
SMS BUNDLE 1000 @ R225.00 PER MONTH

NB: THIS IS CALCULATED USING THE USAGE PATTERNS OF THE LAST 3 MONTHS. SHOULD THE USER CHANGE HER/HIS USAGE PATTERNS IN FUTURE THE ABOVE SUGGESTED TARRIFS MIGHT NO LONGER BE SUITABLE.

She'll upgrade early in the new year and will have to do the RICA joke then.

Strangely enough, I had to buy a few Cell C modems and packages here in Cape Town for people for people up north before it became available there. I bought them at four different stores, but the service was exactly the same: EXCELLENT, i.e. professional, friendly, knowledgeable about the product, quick...

Just imagine if someone that was as interested in customer service was responsible for the development of Vodacom's new (and not improved) website! I bet it wouldn't be as KAWK as it is now...
