Best contract for Samsung Galaxy S2

Anyone knows of a good deal for the s2
I only use about R100 airtime (calls and data) at the moment
Options are:

1: Cell C Active Chat 100 @ R279 pm

2: MTN Anytime R200 @ R329 pm

3: MTN Anytime 100 (Upfront Device cost of R4000) @ R100 pm


Any other Contracts which are more worth it?
