Hi all. A card fried at the ISPs CO and my DSL went down.[
] Oblivious to it, and in the process of trying to get back online I pushed the reset button on the back of this modem.[
] Being a DSL newbie but not quite a complete idiot I sensed it might not be a good thing to do but did it anyway.[:0] 3 days later they fixed their problem, but I had wiped out the configuration setup of my modem by resetting it and it wouldnt ping.[!] Well they sent the guy out and he figured it out and used a Best Data configuration utility to config the modem again with his laptop.[
]Well to make a long story longer....I later accidently unplugged that puppy and guess what?[
)]I need that Best Data configuration software for this modem. I looked on their website and no way. Can someone pleeze share it, find it, lead me to it.
