Razer Deathadder has been my driver for like eight years now. It's simple, with two thumb macros, and great if you've got a giant people hands like I do.

I'm returning the Logitech MX Master 2S, I can't stand the scroll wheel. When in non free wheel mode when scrolling up fast the toggle mechanism gets stuck between modes. Most irritating.

This is actually a feature called Smartshift, that you can enable/disable or set the sensitivity of in Logitech Options.

It allows you to temporarily bypass the ratchet when you need a good long & hard scroll without having to change modes, I use it all the time on long documents or websites and its great!

Then mine must have been faulty as when I scrolled up fast the the switching mechanism got stuck and I'd have to scroll down a bit for it to release.

Ordered the G602 from Amazon. It might be EOL but seems to be the best. Was only R522. R737 with shipping and taxes. Much cheaper than I can get it locally. Go figure. Was tempted to get two.

See the G602 is now $24 on the sale

I got a Havit Ergo mouse about a year ago (thought I'd get a cheapy to see what the fuss is all about) and I love it.

There is a bit of an adjustment period (took me about a week) but I'll probably buy another one in case anything happens to my current one.

I have one of these, along with the sculpt keyboard.

I developed a wrist injury from using the keyboard on my Macbook Pro. The combination of these two devices solved the problem.

I'm using my original MX518 right now.

And after 14 years of failing to improve on the best mouse, Logitech has resurrected the MX518.
